Jots and Tittles and other Random Things

So far, so good

Earlier, I spoke about a "pantry challenge" that I've been doing. So far, I've come up with some good meals w/o going to the store, as I've a lot of food in the pantry and freezer. No one has complained so far...LOL.

Today, I am making a hamburger gravy to go over mashed potatoes and green beans (frozen) on the side. I also will be making up a pot of bacon flavored macaroni and cheese. For a dessert, I'm thinking either brownies or chocolate cake dusted with powdered sugar. I guess we shall see how my energy goes.

I did a nice clean/mop/dust of the front room, kitchen and front bathroom. Laundry and dishes are done as well. I want to put my desk to order as well as the communications board that is by the front door.

Monday, during the lousy weather, I will have a colonoscopy done - making ALL of the routine tests for a gal my age done, and only have regular doctor appts from here on out...

So, for writing, I've gotten the Happiness Portal up to date, I think I Write is edited and completed for the week, as well as Andre's New Year's shenanigans and Promptly Poetry.
