The Last Train Ticket
He took the Southshore Train from Chicago,
Headed to Indiana to spend time with family,
His parents and grandmother were there to greet-
him. He had just bought the last ticket. Yes!

He was right on time. He would stay a few days-
and pick up his wife at the airport next week.
She had her ticket in advance. Riding the Southshore-
Train is lonely and no one says much while traveling.

I rode the train from Baltimore to Indiana when I was-
a kid. Reminds me of the train of The city Of New Orleans.
The last train ticket. Does this means the train is all-
filled up? Guess you need to get a ticket in advance.

Train rides. Scenery. Take the last train to Clarksville.
Next stop was a plane to Vietnam. I will just take a train-
to go out west or to New England. Hopefully, I wouldn't get-
the last train ticket. I will get the first train ticket.
