| Greetings! It was brought to my attention today that members with Basic Memberships have been able to use shared images. Our policy does not support and has not support this idea. This ability to for Basic Memberships to use shared images was, unfortunately, a bug within the system. Along with increasing our bandwidth costs, allowing those who may not create images to use shared images encourages members to violate our membership item limitation by having those with higher limits store image items for them. I appologize for any inconvenience this bug correction may cause and I appreciate everyone's understanding. If you like using images, but have a Basic Membership, please consider extending your support of Writing.Com and it's community by moving up to an Upgraded Membership.
