Detoxing my Brains.
I finally did it, I went a whole day without TV or Mobile.. I was tempted to pick up the phone and I was constantly telling myself TURN ON THE TV.. but I didn't ...
Instead I wrote a Woman without A Nation, its no good but I wasted many hours on it....
So this morning at 6.30AM I USED THE PHONE, and watched cartoons. I am addict!!!
I need to see some kind of support group.. is their a TV & Mobile phone support group?
