Sweet Dreams -NOT

Okay, I slept last night. I lost count of the times I woke up in the night after the most bizarre, weird, disturbing and crazy dreams I think I've ever had. I didn't drink much, I hadn't eaten cheese, I wasn't upset when I went to bed and I hadn't taken any pills so WHERE these nightmares came from I have no idea. Maybe the humidity, maybe the torrential rain in the night, maybe the total lack of sleep over the week or maybe I'm just plain cracked!

I don't remember all the dreams but some were horrible. One which I actually found amusing I do remember. I was in a cafe with my sister and Dan! It didn't look like Dan as far as I know and when I gave him a hug I could feel his ribs through his shirt, but it was definitely Dan in the dream. Seems we were waiting for you lot to turn up for a meeting, but while we were waiting Dan was discouraging my sister from eating the steak as he claimed it was tough. Of course, typical of my sis, she ignored him and chewed her way through two huge platefuls. Think I woke up for the twentieth time then. Do you think I need help? lol

I certainly didn't feel too refreshed when I got up this morning and all I've managed to do is clean the bog and go to the hairdressers. I once had a dream where the hairdresser opened my head and tidied it up inside; today I truly wish that service was an option. Brain overload or something; certainly functioning on reserves.

Thanks for the advice Tor; I've asked at our local health shop but of course, in this God-forsaken little town, the Melatonin is unavailable. Will have to try at a bigger outlet but not tomorrow as I have to take my mother to the Cemetary. (Only to visit!) Now, THAT is just what I need - NOT! lol I think a little wine may be in order ce soir.
