Heaven
I look up to the sky
I say a prayer for you
I shed no tears, I don't cry
I know your friendship was true.
Thanks for the good times
And all the laughs we shared
Your friendship was genuine
And I know you cared.
I know we'll be together again
until then, try to catch a ride on a star
And spread your angelic wings on the wind.
You aren't really that far
You're always in our hearts
As well as our thoughts
We think about how we met in the start
And remember all you taught.
You gave us what you had
You gave us all your love
Now that you're gone we're sad
But we know that you're above.
