A Timid Spirit

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline” ~ 2 Timothy 1:7

In the last three days, this verse kept playing through my head. Four of the last five entries have been difficult for me to write, and keep in my blog. At one point, I made two of them private, fully intending to delete them later.

That lasted fifteen minutes, and I reverted them back to public viewing. I did so for two reasons. One is the verse above. The other was your comments. Whenever I’m afraid, yet move forward anyway, you reward me with your understanding and encouragement.

You give me strength. I can’t thank you all enough.
