What the shoes say . . .
Nada mentioned in an earlier blog about the photo I sent her whilst at the airport. I had told her I would take pictures of the conference, and she responded with, "Only if they have shoes in them!"

I took her advice:

Captioned: Airport from a shoe's perspective.

letgocling did arrive to pick me up, even after all my teasing and threats. Ain't she a sweetie?

After 15 minutes waiting for my luggage and a twenty minute haul to get to her car, we both noticed how differently we pack:

Mine's the black one, and letgocling 's the red one. But she needed the bigger suitcase, having to do mostly with her shoes.

More on that later *snicker*.

We arrived at the Broadmoor about 1-1/2 hours later. The first things letgocling unpacked were her batteries and charger for her camera:

She looks so ready to get as many awful pictures as she can, doesn't she? I quaked in my shoes from that grin and gleam in her eyes let me tell ya!

I'll let the rest of you decide who took the best er, worst ones!

More to come tomorrow, so be sure and tune in! Don't want to give everything all at once, ya know.

Oh, and to see some pictures letgocling took of me, be sure to check out her entry "Alive and Kicking Again.

Happy Tuesday!
