Words Do Hurt
I needed her friendship, but she said those awful things to me. Her friendship is now nothing compared to what is used to be. Before I continue on with this story I am going to tell you about this girl; her name is Ellee-May Nightingale, she is 15 years old, goes to Wanganui Girls College and stays at the Ad Astra Hostel. Well, anyway, here is how it all started:

It was the last week of Term Three, actually, to be precise; the date was Wednesday, 13th September 2007. Well getting back on track, I went to talk to Ellee to ask her if she knew where Tali was. Her response was;
“No, anyway I want to talk to you about something later, I’m not happy with you”
“Fine; then tell me now” I shouted back at her. By the time that I was ready to go to St John she still hadn’t told me. When I got back from St John I stormed into her room and said,
“What have I f***ing done to make you angry?”
“Well …… let me see, you cut yourself, you force yourself to vomit after eating, but that’s nothing!” she replied
“Then why are you angry at me?” I questioned
“I am angry at you because it is all your fault that Caitlin got kicked out” Ellee replied in a harsh tone
“How the f*** is that my fault” I snapped back
“It’s your fault because she is getting kicked out because she ‘apparently’ influenced you into force vomiting!” Ellee snapped back at me
“No she didn’t Ellee” I yelled “and I explained that to Mrs Frith”
“I know that” exclaimed Ellee-May
Then when me and Ellee had finished arguing Ellee-May got Chelsea’s story and started lecturing me. Then it came
“Aimee, if your going to go, you cut yourself might as well put a gun to your head and pull the trigger. If you don’t come and see me…I’ll gladly help. I was in the toilet crying for half an hour then I decided that if she doesn’t want me alive I might as well go and jump off the balcony rail. Then when I was just about to jump off, Ellee-may climbed out of the extension window yelling at me, saying
“Aimee get off the f***ing rail”
“No you want me to die” I replied
“No I don’t” Ellee shouted back
“I heard what you said” I snapped “Don’t start pretending now”
“I’m not pretending” Ellee-may protested
“Sure” I reply sarcastically
“Look get off there before you f***ing fall” Ellee-may replied
“As if you care” I snapped back. As soon as Ellee-may had climbed back into the window I carefully climbed of the rail and sat on the actual balcony, thinking about what she had just said to me. She didn’t win I thought to myself, I just didn’t want to actually die… or even worse, end up in hospital. This whole event ended on the last day of term, when I had to write down what Ellee had said to me. So that Mrs. Frith could put it on an incident form, to go in Ellee’s file.
