I had A.M. again today, as well as H.A.

A.M. is doing great! She now gets into a wheelchair to eat regular meals, and PT comes to ambulate her regularly. I heard she's to be transferred to the nursing home soon. Good for her!

H.A. was a challenge as well. She's quite the pistol, though. I told her that I was going to clean her mouth for her and she said, "The hell you are!" *Smile*

I transferred her from bed to stretcher and accompanied her to x-ray. That was interesting to watch. The most challenging part was trying to fit her stretcher, IV pole, me and the x-ray guy into the elevator. YIKES!

Anyway, today was my last med-surg day of the semester. Wednesday I start respiratory therapy, then Monday I finish my clinicals for this semester when I go to diagnostic imaging.

I can't believe this semester is over already! I guess Laurelei was right--these two years will be over before we know it.
