         For me, today is payday!  Horray!

         Went to the physical therapist last night for my back issues and was hoping for some soothing heat relief but was just given a bunch of exercises.  Oh, well. 

         God help me be faithful to work on those---certainly not my "cup of tea."  I'd rather do Yoga, walk or use the workout machines at the gym.  That's probably why I'm in this mess.

         I hope you have a nice Tuesday.  It's cool and drizzling here in St. Petersburg --- by cool I mean in the mid- to upper 60s.  I'm sure it must be very cold up North because that's when we usually have really nice weather... when you are freezing your arse's off!
