The Waiting Game

Thanks to Dave and Chuck the Freak from 89X for that sassy saying. I love it. And it will now be my Friday headline. Just can't help it.

I am shocked that today isn't so bad as I expected. Wonder why that is. Any way. The work pc is in the crapper again. Why am I not surprised by this? Had our customer check it out, and he believes it's the processor. Did you know that AMD sucks in regards to businesses? I sure as hell didn't. The man doesn't even recommend HP, which we now own three of. This kinda pisses me off.

But, it's a work expense, and I refuse to feel like it's something coming out of my pocket. Work can handle it if we must buy a new pc.

It's a beautiful day here, sun is shining, and it's warm. Nothing like the feel of the sun on your face and skin. Yummy! Especially after the hellish winter we've had. I still expect to see some fluke snowstorm before the end of the month.

Hey, there was an earthquake this morning. I never felt it, and I am honestly surprised that people in MI said that they did. Whatever. I slept through one in Lebanon years ago, up on the 9th floor, and the building was swaying. If I can sleep thru that, no way I'd wake up from one here.

This weekend looks promising, so I hope you all have a good one. Don't we all deserve on after the long work week? I know I do.
