         Four more days...

         I'm having a great week -- my workload on Monday was a little overwhelming to say the least but is becoming more manageable. 

         My boss is having knee surgery on June 24, 2008 and apparently he is supposed to be off work/off his leg for at least eight (8) weeks...  I'm dreading it.  I like to keep busy, and it will probably be boring without him there handling his cases and generating work -- though I should have plenty to do the first few weeks closing files and sending them to storage, etc.  My vacation is from June 30 through July 11; so that will be a nice stress-free break. 

         My daughter is still in pain.  We're working on that issue and hoping when she goes to the doctor tomorrow she'll either get more pain medicine or something to make her more comfortable and able to live a normal life.  She works three, 12-hour days a week as a medical technician at All Children's Hospital and the rest of the time she is with her two young sons.  The pain is affecting her not only physically but is making her irritable. 

         I'm looking forward to my big day on Saturday!
