I woke this morning in a Hampton Inn, my home away from home. First thought...'What city am I in today?'

I am not scheduled to get home until Friday. My wife is coming in from Hungary for a couple of weeks. She will get into town a few hours before me.

With luck, I will be home a day early.

My story The Wilds is a lot of fun for me. I wrote a story "Death of a Hero", that stayed with me for a long time....others...not so much...now this one...it's in my dreams...I wake up knowing what to write next...isn't that weird?
