A Poem to Let Her Know
her voice calms my mind
while likewise energizing my spirit
her words are humble in approach
yet overflows with a sweet wisdom
the raging rapids of her beauty
is bridged by her subtle insecurities
her affection is as the sun covered by dismal clouds
it shines forth brighter with each dissipating layer
her eyes are soft
yet her spirit is able to move mountains
her willingness to admit her weakness
causes her strength to shake the foundation of one's soul
her energy invites as her mind is wary
her eyes hold truth as her shades process their fabricated reality
she brought encouragement in my time of repentance
with compassion she wiped my slate clean
to love her is to love the rain on a hot summer day
it is only natural for the anguished to love relief

To understand my words, you must understand my mind. To understand my mind, you must first understand my words. Balik737
