         Another weekend came and went.  I don't know about where you live, but it rained most of the weekend here in sunny Florida.  Not a bad thing, though I had hoped to enjoy more outside activities.

         On Saturday, my grandsons and I picked up lunch at Burger King and then came home to play until about 5 O'clock p.m.  That's when we fastened up tight in the car, dropped our books at the library, made a pit-stop, and then went to Toys 'R Us to buy a couple of toys for a dollar, which equaled about five dollars apiece. 

         As I got them home, we pulled their bicycles out of my trunk and made a dash for the house.  It poured all Saturday and off-and-on all Sunday.

         Today was a little more hectic than a usual Monday at the office.  My boss is scheduled for a total knee replacement tomorrow morning; so he had a few loose ends to tie up.  Hopefully the surgery will go well, and he'll be back to work by the first or second week of August.
