Down the Rabbit Hole

Hark, is that singing?

So the election is at last over and the media is toting tales of triumph and victory...great opportunities of change and reform await us...apparently. I'm sure we will fail to see the sweeping changes or promises proposed on the campaign trail but at least the pre-election anxiety is finally over.
I've not written in a while. I've submitted another assignment and set up deadlines on doutrope for the publications I hope to send in submissions too so all is not lost. I'm really trying to establish more discipline for myself and my writing. I secretely hope for a harsh winter when my muse can find inspiration in front of a roaring fire while the weather prevents little else in the way of inviting distractions!
