         I wrote a thoughtful and thought-provoking essay called THE PALLOR OF DEATH.  My best friend all the way through Middle School and High School liked it very much.  She told me that it caused her to think about someone else other than me, me, me.  Her words have been reverberating through my soul because I'm always wanting my family and friends to read my poetry...  How selfish and imposing I have been.  Today, that comes to an end.  I've got my "writing link" in the signature block of every e-mail I send.  From now on, I will not push my writing on anyone.  If someone is interested, they can simply ctrl+click on my link.  Otherwise, enough about me!!

         I will continue with my journalling blog.  I think it's good for the soul, and it also keeps me writing nearly every day.  (Sometimes I get a little lazy or think I have nothing to say.)

         I've confessed my sin, and now I feel cleansed.
