count down (#28)

Suicide

Dark embrace will not save her from the fall
for even love has lost the battle.
One touch is all that we have left
before the end reigns down.
Your tears will fall like rain
but the stain remains
deep in your soul.
Cannot stop the
tears of
blood.


Count Down
In fact is the count down the opposite of the count up. You start with 10 syllables in the first line and in the following lines you write a syllable less. So you end with one syllable. It is a great form to use with a humorous twist…(but it is not necessary…)
