Lately, I've been pitiful, like the old hamster on a wheel -- running, running, running -- going no where. I'm not quite sure how to break out, but I will begin by spending more time outdoors -- swimming, bicycling, hiking, going to the beach with a good book.
I re-embrace my first Love and accept/receive the fruit of His presence: love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness and temperance. God fill me -- replace my downcast spirit with your grace and all merciful goodness.
