Truly this has been the roughest week of my life.  My only survival was Jesus.  As I bore my cross this week, I began to identify with Him --- though He was sinless and I have sinned.  I actually understood how Timothy welcomed his own stoning.  I wanted to find a cross, put it up, and invite them to crucify me.  I wanted to haul in the rocks, get into the ditch and welcome them to stone me.

I have never felt so alone, friendless, empty, humiliated, cast-out and hated.  Father forgive them, for they know not what they do.

--------------------

Them --- bullies; those who consider me (or anyone with a voice, daring to speak) despicable, beneath them and ripe for destruction by any means available.
