Public Rating and Review Counts -> Preferences
Hello,

Just a quick bit of house keeping... the Public Rating and Review Counts preference has moved to the "Edit Preferences" area.

With that move, Edit Text and Special Settings no longer has any "settings" and becomes Edit Text and Special Items.
