Truth be told
Truth be told, I'm not concerned with the behavior I wrote about last night.
It achieved its goal: I went to bed relaxed, I slept reasonably well, and I woke up basically on time. I got to work on time, I feel well, and my morale is good.
This is why that behavior is worthy of repeating. For me, it works.
