Headhunters and Meat Dresses

At the near end of a very frustrating day, I find it odd that I'm thinking more about Lady Gaga's obnoxious meat-themed dress than the fact that I have to find an insanely large sum of floorplan funding in less than five days. I wonder sometimes if I'm simply out of energy. Still it surprised me today, that given my lack of concern, I was still able to become passionately enraged at having been ignored and omitted from an important meeting with an equally important representative. At two minutes to five, I'm feeling the inescapable weight of an incoming depression, one I've been thwarting for days. Luckily, in just a few minutes I can leave, without guilt, and pick up Jaden from daycare. The bright spot in each and every one of my days is the smile on my baby daughter's face when I walk through the door to take her home.
