What you don’t understand is that it all had to start somewhere. It all had to start with just one thought. I mean, that someone, somewhere, sometime ago, thought it all up. That is the one thing that defined what would happen. Why it would happen and when it would happen. It doesn’t matter who is was, or even when it was. Just that it did happen.
