I feel better today... My stomach was upset all day yesterday no matter what I did to make it feel better. The first attack of IBS I've had for several years. Stayed in my jammies all day, used the heating pad, took a nap, ate, didn't eat, sipped tea. Thank God it's over.
It's about 9:12am. I'm thinking I need to get my butt in the shower or miss another church service. I am parched... been in the desert for too long.
