A good friend turned forty-five today. Though I don't like what age does to one's appearance (mine in particular), I rejoice over the increase of inner growth, wisdom and, therefore, peace of mind and spirit. I now know who I am and am no longer trying to "find" myself. I am here---fully aware of my shortcomings and attributes; and I know others don't always recognize the intricate parts of me --- nor I them. Who is the hardest on me when I make a mistake or fail? Me.
I know my heavenly Father loves me and that I am significant to Him. His glory is upon me and flows through me; thus, I am grateful.
