         Woke-up to the sound of my telephone ringing... music to my ears! 

         It's cooler this morning -- yes!  So dreading the full wrath of Summer's heat and humidity.  Air-conditioning is a God-send. 

         It feels like I am on God's sh-t list.  One step forward, two steps back.  I guess I am so flawed, He needs to put me through the ringer to perfect me.  So be it. 

O my God, I am heartily sorry
for having offended Thee,
and I detest all my sins
because of Thy just punishments,
but most of all because they offend Thee, my God,
Who art all-good and deserving of all my love.
I firmly resolve, with the help of Thy grace,
to sin no more and to avoid the near
occasions of sin.  Amen.
