Write about what you think about that moment before you go to sleep.

What is that moment made of? Surrender to conscious unconsciousness. A moment of trust as your mind switches, sometimes leaps in to the void of dreams.
A relaxed slide down or a tense struggle to quieten a chattering mind full of inane content waiting to be sorted out through sleep.
