Glare of the Dragon

Author's note

This is a rough story that just came into my head not long ago and I felt that I had to write it out before it escaped my memory like many other stories have before. It is a completely different type of story for me, writing in the first person view and from a female prospective is very foreign to me and way out of my comfort zone, but you can't become a good writer without experimenting and spreading out your boundarirs. So I do apologize if it isn't in par with my other stories, but I thought that it sounded like a decent story that I would like to read and like Toni Morrison quoted, "If there is a book that you want to read, but it hasn't been written yet, then you must write it."
