Wondering about my Wanderings

anxious

In the scripture it says to be anxious for nothing. I think one of the main reasons for that is because it is human nature to be so anxious. In the upcoming days I will be preparing a sermon for an opportunity to minister in a small church. It has been a long time since my last sermon. It has been an even longer time since I have been a pastor.

I am faced with the greater truth that I am fearfully and wonderfully made. God sees in me a person that I am meant to be. In order to get to that place I need to shed the cocoon of shame that has kept me in bondage. If God is for me who can be against me or anyone else for that matter. In entering into the challenge of discovering my ministry gifts I allow a church to do the same. To God be the glory.
