Write about a movie or television series that terrified you as a kid and still gives you the creeps today.

The shows that still run today are the outer limits and the twilight zone. I was drawn into them as a youth and then by the time I was done I was having nightmares about being trapped in worlds of losing my mind or being entertained by person that wanted nothing more than my soul. I was forever a victim of the offering and yet I was always coming back for more. It was great being scared and worthwhile enough to be engaged in a way that others might reject. It was a time of coming into my own and part of that burgeoning independence was determining what I did not want to have happen to me.
