I continue to experience discomfort in my back and can not help thinking that the worse is still ahead. I look forward to some light lifting and will see where things go from there. It is hard hanging in there. There is numbness in my right leg which seems ever present. There is pain in the spine off and on. Reading has said that time will heal. I just wish it did not have to be so long. God give me strength.
