Steak
I am not sure what is so special about steak. I know that my wife can not seem to do without it. She needs to have it at once every three months and it has to be a Flo's filet at Longhorn Steakhouse. I settle for the fish and was real happy getting all the extras that came with my entry. She had a piece of steak no bigger than a hockey puck and was in seventh heaven.

Food brings with it memories. Fish always takes me back East. I miss my family. Sharon seems to have a very viable memory life with the steak. She talks about family and relationships in this meal I got the feel of being ma and pa kettle. Do not ask me why. That was an old movie series from long ago that makes me feel real old.

It is nice to give steak if it fills up endorphins and brings a happy smile to a face. I am satisfied with macaroni or even fish. Maybe if they could mix in a little steak I might like that too. *Smile*
