Our love is
found porn on the side of the highway.
A lazy river screaming
and careening nowhere in a hurry.
Battle-scarred
with no break in the cloud cover,
we're oversights with bad friends.
This place
is sinking
beneath us. I
will let you go
into the swamp
and never return.
