When I write, I don't feel anything is at stake, in jeopardy or at risk. I guess I'm either very brave, or I don't understand the prompt.

I begin my day by making sure I'm really awake and not just dreaming that I am awake. Then I get out of bed. I think this is an excellent way for anyone to start their day.
