Dogs and Cats
Society thinks it's appropriate to encourage the spaying and neutering of dogs and cats. Great idea. Who likes to see unwanted animals being abused. Puppies and kittens starving because society can't care for them. Feral cats killing songbirds. Roving packs of dogs looking for a way to get by.
How many of societies' woes could be decreased if society was as concerned about the human population as the pet.
