At The Flea Market
The dust billows thick.
The insects hop in my eyes,
And crawl up my nose.
Deeper and deeper I go.
Scrubbing up the dank treasures.

Circus of the fleas.
Small dervishes a twirling,
Yodel out their wares.
Moth eaten desiccation.
I purchase the nostalgia.
