Pennsylvania is giving up the license plate sticker on Automobile license plates at the end of 2016. I think many people are now renewing registrations online. Will they ever pass a budget again?

I'm still getting things for June caught up but lethargy is setting in. Maybe some days off over the 4th of July weekend will energize me.

Today I was researching phone harassment. Can you believe it? There are websites, www.prankdial.com or www.prankowl.com that help people place prank calls from the web.

There is also an app for phones that does the same thing.

In today's violence climate why would anyone want to use the phone to prank someone. At www. privacy rights.org there is information about this kind of stunt.

In the 90's states started to understand the serious nature of stalking and stiffened laws of enforcement involving stalkers. Is it a prank or is it spreading fear, violence and mental stress?

This is no joke.
