The Messiah: Great Oratorio! Great Individual!

Every Christmas at many points on the globe the Messiah by George Frideric Handel is performed in part or in its entirety.

What an amazing work of great Baroque-era music! Created in just 24 days and remaining among the top performance repertory for 275 years the Messiah is one of the most stellar collections of solos and group music to ever be given to human history!

From the quiet and melodic instrumental strains of the "Pastoral Symphony" to the majestic and exciting "Hallelujah Chorus" the Messiah carries audiences into the experience of moments of peaceful contemplation and times of exaltation of The LORD, Who created us all!

The "Hallelujah Chorus" is traditionally an audience participation opportunity in which all are standing for the Glory as it is presented.
