Promptly Potter Quotes Story/Poem Challenge Day 30
Prompt: "It is a strange thing but when you're dreading something and would give anything to slow down time, it has a disturbing habit of speeding up."

How true! An eight hour shift at work
will go so slow but once you get busy
and it seems you are running out of time,
it is like: "Time wait for me to catch up!"

Our favorite characters only have so much
time to get out of a burning building, save
someone or diffuse a bomb. When you are writing
a story, you do dramatic effects and time is a plus.

Cooking and cleaning all day takes forever.
Company is coming over and you ask where did
the time go? My sister-in-law is still cleaning
house as her guests walk through the door.

"It is a strange thing but when you're dreading
something and would give anything to slow down time,
it has a habit of speeding up." How about a time tunnel
to go back to the past and see how we feel about time?
