Breakable Hearts

Prompt: "Hearts are breakable. Isabelle said. Even when you heal, you are never the same." Cassandra Clare of Fallen Angels Joy asked us if this is true and what we thought about this.

We do heal and I think we get more caution when a new romance comes along or people hurt us. It may take time but we do heal when we meet our true love. I think we get wiser and learn who to trust and who not to trust. Some of us change and harden our hearts to the person and people who hurt us. I forgive and wish them well but I won't be having lunch with them anytime soon. You can bet your bippy on that one.
