Traveling and Writing
Prompt: Joy asked how if traveling and writing affected each other if we travel and if we don't travel, can it still affect our writing.

I don't travel a lot but my husband and I went to St. Augustine, Florida and I saw the fort and settlement there. A man dressed like the pirate Captain Jack Sparrow walked by and spoke to me. I came home and wrote a romance story about a pirate and bar maid. I included the fort and settlement which is now shops.

When Dad was in the Air Force, we traveled a lot and I have wrote about my memories of Tennessee, Arkansas, Washington, D.C and Arizona. If I traveled to England or Ireland, I am sure I would have stories to write as I already write Medieval stories and Jane Austen type stories. That's it for me and writing.
