Can science yet reveal a truth that stands?
How hopeful can we be to find the way?
Our daily thoughts are used to make our plans.

The Earth it spins on axis ev'ry day,
while clutter fills each home with atrophy.
Can stasis rest in loss of true display?

The Earth still marches 'round the sun we see
as grown-ups war and children always love.
Admission on this "ship" remaineth free.

The Solar System's static from above
with comets speeding in and out ellipse.
All peaceful souls paint images of dove,

while Earth still "loses mind" with lava trips.
One wonders how we stay about on time
with tides and phases, night-in-day eclipse.

Would cities operate so near sublime
without the presence seen by blue Law's stay?
Who slows the atrophy of daily crime?

If Humankind must stay the slide by might,
is lack of God Creation's surly plight?
Can science yet reveal a truth that stands?
