Came alone,
nailed to wood with blood and groan.

Drowning man
flailing far from helpful hand.

Man, who came,
still upon his slab in blame.

Rose again
broke the bond of cur-sed sin.

Hand did lift
man from wat'ry grave so swift.

Came to love
Came to save
Came in peace
