September the Twenty-Fourth, twenty eighteen

I don’t really feel like doing this today, but I did promise myself that I would try to do this every day. Even though I did miss one day, it wasn’t because I didn’t do it. I ended up doing two that next day because time got away from me, and I didn’t get it posted in time. It was only a little after midnight WDC time, but it was late that day.

True, I have felt this way before. I can’t remember if it’s for the same reason, but it probably isn’t. Whether it is or not, it doesn’t matter. This time it’s because of work. I didn’t even get through my first day at a new job with a new post when I was taken off again. Once again, there is no explanation. Only this time it is different. I know why it happened. It’s because I have psoriasis.

Now you know why I didn’t feel like doing any writing today. Except for doing this Blog and the posting I’m going to be doing for The Daily One Scene Contest. I did open my WDC contest Short Story Word document entry, but I didn’t do any writing on it. All I did was stare at it for a few hours. That’s how bad I felt today, and how mad I am about what happened to me at work. I didn’t even open it until it was almost seven PM WDC time. Another reason I didn’t feel like doing any writing today.

There is one good thing about me losing my job, though. I might be stopping my latest contest as soon as I thought that I was going to do it. Might be able to keep it around until at least the end of the year after all. After that I will decide if I’m going to continue with this contest or not. I’m probably going to keep it going despite there are no participates in it, but I don’t know. I can’t think about that right now.
