November the twentieth - Not as Easy as I wanted It to Be
Not as Easy As I Wanted It to Be

There is no way that I’m going to be getting the Introduction Chapter for my Jessica Strong novel done by the time I got to work on Wednesday. I’ll be lucky if I can get it done then the way it’s been going the last few days. Don’t ask me why I am having so much trouble with this one? Because I don’t know. I thought that this one would be easier to do than my Wandita Introduction Chapter, but I was wrong, and I don’t know why. Maybe it has to do with the way the parts are going. There might be something wrong about them, and this is my minds way of telling me about it. That has happened before. Only it’s usually with a Short Story I’m working on. This will be the first time that I know of if it’s a novel.

A little over a thousand words that I have gotten done today. Normally, that wouldn’t be too bad of a number, but the way I’m writing these novels this year it is. As a result, I’ve still got almost two parts left to do. That’s why I’m saying there is no way I’m going to get it done by Wednesday. I’ll be lucky if I do by the end of Wednesday. Especially if I change my mind about the direction, I’m going with them. More than likely, I won’t change my mind until I do any re-writes on it. Then again, I might. You never know when it comes to me.

Don’t get me wrong. I haven’t given up on getting these novels published. Also, I haven't accepted defeat with NaNoWriMo either. NaNoWriMo wasn’t going to happen again this year no matter how much writing I have or haven’t done. True, I have done at least double the Word Count as last year even though I haven’t written any more chapters, but it’s still not even close to the fifty- thousand-word challenge. I was sort of wrong about the challenge, though. With Times New Roman you can get to the fifty-thousand-words a lot easier than I thought that you could. No wonder so many others have done it. I’m just not one of them. Maybe next year I will be.

Part of the problem with me not writing more is that I’m so tired. Which I don’t understand. I got about five to six hours of sleep last night. At least I think that I did. So, why have I been so tired today? That I haven’t figured out yet. That’s no excuse for me not getting wore writing done today. It’s just a possible reason why it isn’t better than it should be.

What am I going to be doing today? I’m going to continue working on the Jessica Strong Introduction Chapter. Even though I don’t think that I will get both parts finished today, I’ve got to try. Who knows, a miracle might happen, and I will get them both done in one day. Maybe once I start writing the flow will come out of me again. I’m not counting on it, but it has happened before.
