naughty children.
elves dream
impossible toys.

Father Christmas welcomes—
hot chocolate ambrosia,
iced cookies, milk,
random carrots.

everyone working.
pick up tools—
knit blond doll wig,
sew princess dress.
q-tip blue paint eyes.

peppermint cane guards.
cinnamon essence perfumes.
