This has Been a Very Bad Day Off From Work and Writing

Yesterday was a very good day at work when it comes to my writing. I got twenty-one scene paragraphs done. That included three Establishing Shots. But it should have been four and twenty-two. I messed up and didn’t do one of my Establishing Shots. A mess up I will correct on Wednesday when I go back to work and continue working on my Water Wars movie Treatment. It’s a big problem. But it’s not that big. I just need to add it to my writing with a reference where it should be and where it is now. Yes, I know that reads confusing. It is. But it’s not to me. And I’m the one writing it.

Today hasn’t been a typical first day off from work either. No, it’s not what I and my brother needed to do. That’s normal. This time it was personal. It was sort of work-related. Then again, it wasn’t. I can’t talk about that right now. May not ever be able to talk about it. It was that kind of personal. What I can write about is that it took me almost all day to do it. In fact, this Blog entry is my first chance at writing today so far.

What does that mean? It means that I still have three sections for my WDC Short Story for this month. And I only have a few days to get it done, create it, and enter this contest. I wanted to get it done today so that I could Grammarly check it and WDC format it. Then I can create it and enter this contest. I’m going to try to at least finish it before I go to sleep tonight. After all, it’s only about six hundred words left to write. And I know what I want to write. I just need a few hundred hours to write it.

If I can finish writing it tonight, I may have the chance of entering this contest tomorrow. I know that I and my brother have several things that we need to do on my second day off from work. Mostly because of me and today. But I should have a few hours to finish getting it ready for creation and entering.

That isn’t all that I need to get written tonight and tomorrow, though. I also need to do my latest Short Story, Cold Gin, for The Musicology Anthology Challenge. In fact, I need to write at least two of them. And it really needs to be three or four. I will problem be lucky if I do one of them. But I need to do more than that or I have no chance of completing this challenge.
