Recently, my canvas folding lounge chair tore..
And my butt slipped through.

This is what I was thinking about while witnessing President Trump's 4th of July celebration.
Tranks are obsolete ugly hunks of pot metal.
Why do we have so many tanks?
There are thousands of tanks sitting outside tank' factories.

$It's a military contract boondoggle.
That's why the Senate always approves the ballooning military budget.
IT MAKES MONEY FOR THE SENATORS AND JOBS FOR THEIR CONSTITUTES AND MORE USELESS TANKS.
How much does it cost to run an aircraft carrier?

A billion dollars a day pays for the aircraft carrier and the fleet to protect it.
That doesn't cover the submarines to protect this giant target.
China said they built islands instead of aircraft carriers because it's cheaper.
China is more frugal than the U.S. Senate.
I hope we are not living in a failed civilization. .. .

One Triton Submarine has enough nukes to burn off the atmosphere.
The U.S.A. has twenty Triton Subs.
How much does that cost?
Over a billion dollars a day..
The U.S. is 22 trillion dollars in debt.

How do you pay for that?
